Angelo A. Paparelli, Managing Partner of Paparelli & Partners LLP, is a Certified Immigration Law Specialist (CA) known for providing creative solutions to complex immigration business-related and employment-based immigration law problems, especially those involving mergers and acquisitions. He also serves as an expert witness and consultant on immigration issues arising in litigation.

His immigration practice areas include legislative advocacy and immigration messaging; compliance audits; counsel and due diligence in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring; immigration-related corporation policy formulation; permanent residence and citizenship; visas for executives, managers, scientists, scholars, investigators, professionals, students and visitors; PERM labor certifications; employment-based immigrant visa petitions; global visas and consular practice; family-based immigration; federal court litigation under the Administrative Procedures Act; waivers, white-collar immigration, asylum and removal defense.


EDUCATION: Mr. Paparelli earned his J.D. degree at Wayne State University in 1976. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan in 1971.
